Refund policy


Thank you for shopping at SheetWizard.

Because our store offers non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (Google Sheets and Excel templates), we do not issue refunds once the product is purchased and delivery is completed via instant download or email. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our store.

1. Digital Product Nature

Unlike physical items, digital templates cannot be genuinely "returned." Once you gain access to the file, copy, or link, the product remains in your possession indefinitely. Therefore, all sales of Google Sheets and Excel templates are final.

2. Exceptions & Issues

We want you to be completely satisfied with your spreadsheet systems. We will honor refund requests or store credits under the following strict conditions:

  • Non-delivery of the product: Due to mail server issues or download link glitches, you do not receive the delivery email. In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance. If we cannot resolve the delivery within 48 hours, a full refund will be issued.

  • Major defects or broken functionality: Although all templates are thoroughly tested, unexpected bugs can occur. If a template has broken formulas, script errors, or core functional defects that prevent its intended use, you must report it to us. If we cannot fix the technical defect within 5 business days of your report, we will issue a full refund.

  • Product not-as-described: A refund request based on this must be accompanied by clear evidence proving that the purchased template does not match the description, images, or feature list displayed on our website.

Please Note: Refunds will not be issued for reasons including changing your mind, accidentally ordering the wrong template, lacking the software required to open the files (Excel/Google Workspace accounts), or a lack of personal expertise in utilizing spreadsheets.
