Terms of sale

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made by a customer (referred to as "you" or "the Buyer") from SheetWizard (referred to as "we", "us", or "the Seller") via our online storefront. By placing an order for a digital product on our website, you unreservedly accept these terms.

1. Purpose & Scope

The purpose of these Terms of Sale is to define the contractual rights and obligations between SheetWizard and the Buyer regarding the purchase of digital items, primarily Google Sheets and Excel spreadsheet templates.

2. Pricing and Currency

  • All prices displayed on our storefront are indicated in the default currency shown at checkout.

  • SheetWizard reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, the products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the exact moment the order is validated by the Buyer.

  • Because these are digital items instantly downloaded worldwide, physical customs duties or local importation fees do not apply.

3. Ordering Process

To purchase a digital template, you must navigate to the product page, add the item to your cart, and proceed to the checkout area. You will be required to provide a valid email address to receive your order details and delivery tokens. Your order is considered final and the sales contract is concluded once your payment has been successfully authorized.

4. Payment Methods

Payment for your purchases is made securely through our integrated payment gateways (such as Shopify Payments, Stripe, or PayPal). You agree that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. Payment data is encrypted and handled securely by the payment processors; SheetWizard never stores your raw financial details.

5. Instant Digital Delivery

  • Delivery is entirely virtual. No physical product will ever be dispatched to your address.

  • Immediately following payment approval, the digital assets (spreadsheet links, access keys, or file downloads) will be rendered accessible on the post-purchase confirmation webpage and delivered directly to the email address provided during checkout.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Refunds

In accordance with standard digital asset commerce and consumer protection regulations regarding digital contents:

  • By validating your purchase and initiating the instant download or email access to the digital files, you explicitly request immediate execution of the service and acknowledge that you waive your statutory right of withdrawal.

  • Consequently, all sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be processed except under the strict conditions explicitly outlined in our separate Refund & Return Policy (such as non-delivery due to technical glitches or verified major formula defects).
